At Shroom Carts, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, please review our refund and returns policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If your Shroom Cart is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly upon receipt, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Incorrect or Sold in Error: If you received the wrong product or an item sold in error, you may return the unopened product with intact packaging and proof of purchase within 7 days.
  • Opened or Used Products: For health and safety reasons, opened or used Shroom Carts cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Buyer’s Remorse: Returns or refunds are not offered for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product experience.

Return Process

  1. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and photos showing the defect or damage.
  2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Return the product in its original packaging, unopened if applicable, with all seals intact.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  • If the product is defective or damaged, you may also opt for an exchange of equal value.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used Shroom Carts (unless defective)
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products with broken or tampered seals (unless defective)
  • Products returned after the 7-day window
