At Shroom Carts, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. Due to the nature of our products, please review our refund and returns policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your Shroom Cart is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly upon receipt, you may be eligible for a return or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Incorrect or Sold in Error: If you received the wrong product or an item sold in error, you may return the unopened product with intact packaging and proof of purchase within 7 days.
- Opened or Used Products: For health and safety reasons, opened or used Shroom Carts cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged.
- Buyer’s Remorse: Returns or refunds are not offered for change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product experience.
Return Process
- Contact our Customer Service team at [sales@shroomcarts.org] within 7 days of delivery to report the issue and request a return authorization.
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and photos showing the defect or damage.
- Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
- Return the product in its original packaging, unopened if applicable, with all seals intact.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
- If the product is defective or damaged, you may also opt for an exchange of equal value.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used Shroom Carts (unless defective)
- Products without proof of purchase
- Products with broken or tampered seals (unless defective)
- Products returned after the 7-day window
